Semantic provides semantic-stickyfunc-mode and semantic-idle-breadcrumbs-mode, which use the header line of buffers to display information about the function containing point. This behavior interferes with Rudel's user display in the header line.
Eshell is an interactive shell that, in addition to traditional shell constructs, also evaluates pieces of Emacs Lisp code. When Eshell buffers are published with Rudel, some buffer modifications go unnoticed by Rudel and the arising inconsistencies cause problems with the collaboration session.
The SLIME REPL may have problems similar to Eshell.
